Commissioning and installation supervision
The commissioning of the treatment facilities is carried out by EMEQCO specialists after the completion of installation work and is aimed at putting the complex into sustainable and design operation.
As part of the commissioning, the correctness of the installation of technological equipment, pumping units, aeration systems, pipelines and fittings is checked. Control cabinets and automation systems are being set up, level, pressure and flow sensors are being calibrated, and emergency algorithms and protections are being tested.
At the stage of technological commissioning, a trial run of facilities is carried out, the operating modes of aerotanks, settling tanks, flotation devices and other units are adjusted, the air supply, reagents and sludge recirculation are adjusted. The system is based on the design performance and cleaning quality indicators.
Upon completion of the work, a fully functioning complex of wastewater treatment plants is transferred to the customer, ready for stable and safe operation.
